“TELL ME MORE” with Suzan-Lori Parks Was a series of performance and conversation curated and hosted by Pulitzer Prize-winner Suzan-Lori Parks in The Glade as a part of Little Island’s 2023 season. Each evening, conceived around a pair of ideas, will feature a musical act and a talk between a cultural luminary and Parks. Ciera functioned as Line Producer on this incredible week.

“July 12 will host a post-sundown conversation with Columbia astronomy professor Jane Huang and a performance from jazz collective The Psychedelic Soap Box. On July 13, theatre fans watch Parks work alongside Hansol Jung with Watch Me Work, a communal work session. This event will feature a performance from Parks and her band, Sula & the Joyful Noise.

The series closes July 14 with a conversation with Parks and historian Eric Foner, accompanied by a performance from Grammy nominee Brandee Younger.” - Logan Culwell-Block
